We mainly produce thickened and encrypted canvas with a weight of 200-1200 grams per square meter. The weaving machines are all heavy-duty rapier looms, and there are also several super heavy-duty rapier looms that have been independently improved based on the Donier loom. We use our own equipment to complete the process of merging, double twisting, warping, weaving, fabric inspection, rolling, and packaging. After splicing, a single tube yarn weighs 4.5 kilograms and is equipped with a thick heavy rapier loom with electronic warp feeding, electronic curling, automatic weft searching, and automatic tension adjustment. There should be no more than three hundred meter canvas joints. The canvas fabric produced has a wide range of applications, including luggage, clothing (workwear, road clothing, casual wear, shooting clothes, etc.), shoes and hats, home textiles, decoration, tents, home furnishings, labor protection, drug filtration, press filtration, acid and alkali filtration, metal and electrolytic nickel filtration, and automotive industries.
