We mainly produce thickened and encrypted canvas with a weight of 200-1200 grams per square meter. The weaving machines are all heavy-duty rapier looms, and there are also several super heavy-duty rapier looms that have been independently improved based on the Donier loom. We use our own equipment to complete the process of merging, double twisting, warping, weaving, fabric inspection, rolling, and packaging. After splicing, a single tube yarn weighs 4.5 kilograms and is equipped with a thick heavy rapier loom with electronic warp feeding, electronic curling, automatic weft searching, and automatic tension adjustment. There should be no more than three hundred meter canvas joints.
