Performance characteristics
The frame adopts a fully welded steel structure, which eliminates internal stress through normalizing and high-frequency vibration to ensure the overall accuracy of the machine tool. It has excellent rigidity and excellent resistance to torsion and tilt.
The thickened worktable and slider give the whole machine high rigidity, so the deformation of the slider and worktable is minimal during bending, and the workpiece has excellent straightness and angular consistency.
The main oil cylinder piston of the machine tool adopts aerospace technology - surface nickel phosphorus treatment, and its hardness can reach HRC60 or above. The guide sleeve that moves relative to the piston adopts a zinc based wear-resistant alloy with self lubrication, which can keep the oil cylinder in good working condition for a long time.
